Salon's hair-raising idea for fundraising

Staff at a n award-winning men's salon will be boastin bushy top lips for charity this month.

Shenfield grooming parlour Menace, in Hutton Road, has signed-up to support Movemeber - an annual event when men across the nation grow a moustache throughout November to raise cash for The Prostate Cancer Charity.

Among these taking part is Menace owner; Matthew Norris, who will be letting his upper-lip whiskers run riot for 30 days, in return for donations.

He said: "Unfortunately prostate cancer is the most common cancer to affect young men, so what better way to raise awareness? I am willing to look somewhat silly if it helps a worthwhile cause."

"To show our support for the worthwhile cause, we will donate ten percent of the price of any wet shave performed to shape a moustache."

"Shaping a moustache is not the easiest thing to do, especially if it is not something that you have done before, so leave it to an expert. Who knows, you may end up keeping it."

Last year, more than 112,000 people in the UK joined in Movember; raising £11.7 million.

Figures show that one in 14 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in the lifetime. There are almost 32,00 cases every year.

The only way is being beautiful

IT's not just the girls who like to enjoy a spot of pampering at the salon.

Stars of the Only Way is Essex, Mick and Kirk Norcross, and new cast members, Greek twins Dino and Georgio, have been in touch with their feminine side during series three of the cult reality TV show.

All four men dropped into MENACE Male Grooming, in Hutton Road, Shenfield, to film scenes for the new series.

While they were there father and son, Mick and Kirk, talked about 48-year-old Mick dating 25-year-old Maria Fowler while enjoying Indian head Massages.

Meanwhile, the pint-sized twins, who debuted on the show wearing just their underwear, had a less relaxing treatment - both had their backs waxed.

The salon, which is strictly for men, has been open for four years.

A Shenfield business is celebrating after being named the best male grooming salon in the country.

Menace, on Hutton Road, picked up the gong at the Professional Beauty Awards in central London.

Salon founder Matthew norris, 30, said: "We were nominated as finalists last year and managed to get some feedback from the judges.

MENACE Male Grooming has been named the Best Male Grooming Salon in the UK.

Impressionist John Culshaw gave the award to members of staff at the Professional Beauty Awards 2011, held at the Intercontinental Park Lane Hotel, in London.

The salon, in Shenfield High Street, was nominated as a finalist last year, but missed out on the top award. However, it listened to the feedback from judges - and the move has clearly paid off.

This must be one of the most stressful times of the year. In the bleak midwinter, in the midst of an economic recession and with Christmas fast approaching, it's no wonder many of us are feeling a bit frazzled at the moment.

With this in mind, and a sixth-month-old baby determined that I never get a full night's sleep, I was quick to snap up the of a treatment at MENACE, the award winning male grooming salon in Shenfield last week.

All the time, Jess explained what each step was doing and it was certainly a learning experience for me to find out how much damage your skin takes just in everyday life.

Salon Nominated for Awards

A MALE beauty salon from Shenfield has been nominated in two categories at a national awards ceremony.

Menace Male Grooming, in Shenfield High Street, has been shortlisted in the national Professional Beauty Awards 2011, which will take place in March.

The salon is nominated for the Male Grooming Salon of the Year and Best New Salon prizes at the ceremony.

The idea of male grooming is still a fairly new one and when Menace opened, three years ago, it was the first one in Essex. Menace is strictly for men only and was set up as a place for males to relax and get pampered, just like their female counterparts can.

Services available at Menace include hair and skin care, spa treatments and botox for men. Customers have praised the salon, with some calling it the best kept secret in Shenfield, and it has already won a number of accolades, including Best New Company, at the Mid Essex Business Awards in 2008. Owner Matt Norris has also been awarded with two seperate gongs for young entrepreneur of the year in Essex this year.

Salon in line to be best in the country

A MALE grooming salon in Shenfield is celebrating after being shortlisted for a top award. MENACE, in Shenfield High Street, above Sartoria clothes shop, has made it through to the finals of the Male Grooming Salon of the Year award, as part of the Professional Beauty Awards 2010.

Beating off stiff competition, the salon's proud owner, Matt norriss, 28, has made it to the final six in his category. Matt started the business, which was the first male-only grooming salon in Essex, two years ago, and since then it has gone from strength to strength.

Offering everything from haircuts, facials, traditional shaves, Botox and nutritional treatments. Matt describes his shop as a one-stop shop for male grooming. He said "Male grooming salons have been popular in London for years, but I still knew it was a risk opening the first one in Essex. Hetrosexual, metrosexual or just into looking good, men just want their own products and treatments too. In this month's special, Jenni Middleton reports on how you can cash in on the growing male grooming market.

Matthew Norris, owner of male grooming salon MENACE in Shenfield, Essex, argues that it is now much more socially acceptable for men to take care of their looks and wellbeing. "The stigma with male grooming has pretty much faded, which is due to establishments such as MENACE proving that it is no longer something to be joked about. The joke is now on men who do not make the effort; women do, so why shouldn't men?" he asks.

Norris noticed that more and more men were visiting this sister, who was working as a therapist at home and now owns ACE Beauty Clinic, their ladies salon two along from MENACE. He decided to create somethign just for me. "I was sure that something like MENACE would work in Essex - in Shenfield in particular - and it has been a huge success," he says.

When it comes to marketing of men's salons, if you get it in the right the locatin can do a lot of the work for you, according to Norris. "Location is everything, and so is patience," he says.

Brands of choice

Norris says it is vital that you use products that get results, because that is what men want. He chooses to use Dermalogica at MENACE. "We were already using it at our women's salon, and have been using it for over 10 yeares. The products are fantastic, and most importantly, they get results. Dermalogica's recently launched men's shave range has gone down really well," he says.

"There is a number of men's ranges out there, and men now have a huge choice of products. The one downside to most ranges is that they are very generic; they cater for the 'average' man. Unisex ranges such as Dermalogica cater for all skin types, and have an answer for most problems."

Emily says: “When I first met Matt, I could tell straight away that he looked after himself. But until we became a serious couple, I think he hid his grooming habits from me. I’ve never met a man like him. He has a lot more beauty products than me – we even had to build an extra shelf in the bathroom to fit in all his toiletries! "Matt takes a lot longer than me to get ready to go out. He’ll wear tinted moisturiser and even straightens his hair!
"He used to work for a bank, but I could tell he was unhappy. He decided to open up his own beauty salon for men.
"He’s absolutely in his element – he loves pampering himself. He has his hair cut once a week, has regular eyebrow and back waxes, two facials a month, manicures and pedicures.
"He also has skin peels, teeth whitening and laser hair removal. He takes a lot more trouble over his appearance than I do.
"Getting ready for bed he’ll take half-an-hour just to cleanse his face. When he gets into bed he’ll massage moisturiser into his feet and once a week he’ll rub intensive moisturiser into his hands and go to sleep with special gloves on to make his hands extra soft.
"Despite this, I still fancy him like mad. He’s definitely a red-blooded male in every other aspect. I think I’m lucky. At least he can’t accuse me of being vain!”

Matt says: “When I was a teenager I didn’t like my looks – I had curly hair and bad acne. Luckily my sister worked as a beauty therapist and she offered to give me some facials.
"I kept it secret from my friends, but after a year of facials my acne had gone. That was it for me – I was hooked from then on. A few years later, I had my eyebrows shaped and my back waxed, and then I started getting attention from girls. "Because I’ve been fanatical about my beauty regime for so many years, I almost don’t think about it, but occasionally I’ll meet a bloke my age in the pub and realise he looks years older than me. I’ll often think: ‘You could do with a good exfoliation there, mate’.
"Opening up my own salon was a dream come true. I think British men are slowly realising that looking after their looks isn’t a bad thing.
"I’ll spend the equivalent of £100 a month on my skin but I think that’s an investment for the future. When I first met Emily, I kept my beauty regime a little bit secret. But then I realised that she fancied me exactly because I look after myself so well.
"I don’t feel guilty that my toiletries crowds her stuff out of the bathroom – I put the shelf up, after all!"

A BUSINESS tycoon who took a huge risk and opened the first salon dedicated to male grooming in Essex is a finalist in the Young Entrepreneur of the Year category.

Since launching in 2007, Matthew Norris's MENACE Male GRooming salon in Shenfield has seen turnover grow 900 per cent from month one.

Despite the growth of the male grooming industry in London, Matthew, 28, knew launching in Essex was a risky venture yet his careful planning is paying off.

Male-only treatments include haircuts, waxing, cut throat shaves, facials and maintenance manicures and pedicures.

Attention to detail is paramount for Matthew. Teh salon is located on the first floor of a shop in Hutton Road. Under Matthew's careful supervision the building was completely gutted and refurbished before opening.

Matthew said: "MENACE is all about the customer experience, from the design to the male colour scheme to the non-intimidating environment."

He attributes his success to patience, real hard work, believing in an idea and following it through. He said "Like anyone with their own business it has been hard graft gettign from open to being successful. Everything about MENACE is entrepreneurial. The concept and the business is a risk others have not taken.

In the two years we have been open we have sold the idea of male grooming to many new people to the extent that it is now a regular part of their lives."

"I built the business but give credit to the team of people around me who carry it on."

Looking to the future, Matthew is scouting for locations to launch a new string of MENACE Grooming Salons.

In another bold move Matthew has recently married and returned from a honeymoon in Bali with his wife Emily to live in Brentwood.

MENACE Male Grooming offers three treatment rooms and a separate barbering area. Among other specialised treatments are Sports Massage, Teeth Whitening and herbal anti-ageing face peels.

“I was going to book my round-the-world tickets the next day, so nothing could happen,” says Emily — famous last words. After a long day at work, a friend dragged her out to “the local not-very-nice nightclub” where she met Matt.

In April 2008 Matt and Emily visited Venice, where he proposed to her on the Rialto Bridge. “I got the tickets as his Valentine’s Day present,” she says. “So I didn’t think he would arrange anything like this, but it turns out he had a ring in his pocket the whole time. In fact at one point we were in a tower in Venice and I gave him the elbow and said ‘this would be a lovely place to propose’ — I had no idea.”
“We got past the honeymoon period and it was all still very rosy,” says Matt. “Even now, I just want it to be the wedding.”
On the morning of the wedding, Matt’s male friends and his best man are booked into his salon, Menace, for wet shaves, waxing, massage and facials, “It’s a bonding experience. Mr Fox's brush with the barber

IT was a case of hair today gone tomorrow for the lead actor in Brentwood Theatre's Christmas panto.
Stephen Gunshon, playing Mr Fox in Roald Dahl's classic Fantastic Mr Fox, had to lose his beard for the forthcoming production.
And thankfully staff at Menace Male Grooming in Shenfield were on hand to do the job. Owner Matthew Norris was on hand to give Stephen a Cut-Throat Shave at the Essex male grooming salon. They offer haircuts and a vareity of grooming treatments just for men.

THE best of Brentwood came together for the dazzling 12th annual Gazette-sponsored Brentwood Theatre Awards.
More than 100 guests gathered with the thespian crème de la crème to see who would walk away winners of this year's coveted Brents awards.
Special guest presenters included BBC Essex presenter Xanthe Bearman, actor and model Lionel Bishop, Carol Jolly from the Essex Tourism Association, Award winning MENACE Male Grooming owner and creator Matthew Norris, Brentwood Mayor Cllr Dudley Payne and Brentwood Theatre Trust chairman Audrey Longman.

Crowning Glory

Cricketers are on pitch for brave Aaron

A SPECIAL six-a-side cricket tournament will be held at Hutton Cricket Club on August 31.
The tournament will help raise awareness of The Arron Williams Trust Fund.
Arron, from Benfleet, was left paralysed after an horrific accident. If the event is successful the organisers aim to hold a countywide tournament next year.
Arron, 26, had just joined the Essex Police force and was a keen rugby player when he was tragically paralysed from the neck down during a rugby match in September 2007.
Arron spent nine months in hospital, undergoing extensive physical rehabilitation. He has recently moved to a property in Canvey Island provided by the local authority with 24 hour care and appropriate facilities.

Despite his situation, Arron's positivity has been phenomenal and it is his spirit which has kept his family and friends going.
The trust aims to raise money for Arron to ensure he has access to the best people and equipment to facilitate his recovery.
Two local organisations have made an effort to help the cause. Menace Male Grooming in Shenfield has donated money whilst Hutton Cricket Club will provide the pitch and changing facilities for the upcoming tournament.

Prostate cancer is now the most common form of cancer in the UK with almost 35,000 men diagnosed with the disease every year and around 10,000 sufferers dying. It has overtaken lung cancer to be the most common form of cancer in men.

The majority of men contracting prostate cancer are aged over 60 years. It can occur in younger individuals but is very rare for men under 50. Testicular cancer primarily affects younger men and is the most common form of cancer in men aged between 15 and 44, around 70 sufferers die every year in the UK.

Why is it your passion?

I own a male grooming salon in Shenfield (MENACE) and a friend of the family is suffering from testicular cancer, he is very young, and it has made me even more aware of how affected men are by cancer. Everyman seems a perfect way of increasing awareness and fundraising, and I think MENACE can really help this worthwhile cause. When I look at the stats and the number of men we get through our doors, it’s a horrible thought to think that any of our clients could one day be affected.

How does it affect your life?

I promote the cause constantly in my salon and I have created an ‘Everyman Treatment package’ which consists of some of our most popular treatments (a Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, a revitalising Facial, a Soothing Cut-Throat Shave and a Maintenance Manicure or Pedicure). 10% of each package will go directly to the Everyman cause.

What impact or benefit does it have for mid-Essex?

Matthew Norris is the owner and creator of Menace, an all male grooming grooming salon in Shenfield High Street, which has been open for seven months and specialises in skincare, massage, barbering and male grooming in general.

How did you get into the male grooming industry?
I have always taken care in the way I look and grooming in general. My sister has been a beauty therapist and skin specialist for over 10 years. I suffered as a teenager with mild acne and she helped me improve the condition of my skin so I had an interest from an early ages.
Whhilst working in the city I used to go to various men's salons to ahve treatments and relax, this inspired me to bring something the concept to essex. I then set up a retail website selling grooming products online, and it went from there. I went on various courses to further my knowledge of the industry, and trained in cut-throat Shaves and barbering. I also went on a business Link Course that enabled me to draft up a respectable business plan, which worked.

What's your day like?
With it being a new business, I am salon owner, mamager, worker, receptionist, cleaner all rolled into one! I work long days, making the salon presentable at all times. I probably spend half of my day performing the cut-throat shaves on customers. I market the salon so that we can target as many potential clients as possible. I am constantly researching competitors and the industry for tips and up-and-coming technology.
I get to the salon at 8am, and often do not leave till about 9pm. This is six days a week; lot of hours but so worth it. Clients are able to book online, which is probably the most popular method used to bookin so alot of my time is spent updating the wesite and making sure it appears on the right search engines etc.

What sort of person makes a good entrepreneur/salon owner?
You definately need to have a passion for the choosen field, what ever it is - not just an idea that you think could work. You live and breathe your business so it has to interest you.
People skils are essential aswell as ambition. The team and I here at Menace need to make men feel completely comfortable in the surroundings, as it is such a new concept. A good sense of humour is needed too, men are open to having treatments but there is a minority that think there's a stigma attached to male grooming.

If you think facials and manicures are solely reserved for beauty-conscious women, this Brentwood businessman will prove you very wrong.
Matthew Norris, 27, took a huge risk by giving up a lucrative career as an investment banker to set up a men's beauty salon last summer - but it seems to be paying off.
Besides the usual trendy haircuts and those newly-popular cut throat shaves, Menace Male Grooming offers men- yes men- a range of beauty and relaxation treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, reflexology and eyebrow, chest and back waxes.
The business which claims to be the only one in Essex, did so well in the first few months that Matthew was named a finalist in the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards for Mid Essex last autumn.
Matthew was first taken by the idea of men needing beauty treatment as a teenager suffering from acne. He was also inspired by his sister Sarah,a beautician, who would practice her facial treatments on him to try and improve his skin.
A few years down the line, Matthew found himself part of London's unrelenting rat race in a high pressure position at Deutsche Bank in the City. It was here that he first started using massage and de-stressing treatments as a way to wind down.
But after several years in London, Matthew grew tired of the breakneck pace and decided to work on the completely opposite end of the fence by setting up his own salon n Shenfield to tend o stressed out employees.
"I enjoyed the money in the City but I didn't like the lifestyle," he recalls. "I didn't like the idea of being a robot any more."
So he chucked the job, went travelling for a few months and returned to set up shop. Matthew says he is conscious about the stigma surrounding male grooming salons - many assume they are mainly used by gay or effeminate men. He has had jibes from acquaintances, but he ignores them as he reckons he is onto a winner.
Gay and Straight men alike use the salons, he explains because, contrary to popular belief, men are almost equally as interested in health and beauty as women, and enjoy a good pampering. Consequently he has designed what he calls a "manly" space, to encourage men to feel comfortable about visiting his Shenfield High Street store - a brown and grey colour scheme, leather seats and plasma screens playing Sky Sports.
There is a lot more pressure on men to look good now, he explains, adding: "I think a lot of men are starting to look at their wives and girlfriends having all these treatments and thinking 'hold on, I want a piece of that'!"
And it is not all pretty, image-obsessed, frazzled City boys that make up his clientele either. Men of all ages and occupations are walking through his doors - models, actors, older professionals who want to make sure they look as buff as their younger rivals, boyfriends and husbands eager to impress and even stereotypically Alpha male builders trying to beautify their calloused work-roughened hands.
Matthew says his girlfriend Emily, with whom he lives in Brentwood, certainly appreciates all the effort he makes to look good.
All his six fully-trained staff members are women. Matthew says this is partly down to the fact that it is mostly omen who are qualified in the beauty industry, but also because a survey he conducted found most customers actually preferred to be tended by women.
he puts this down to the fact that although men are growing more at ease with being beauty conscious there is still the need to feel "macho."
In just months, menace has already managed to break even and seen more than 500 men walk through its doors. Matthew says he is working similar hours as he was at his city job, but doesn't regret any of it because he is so passionate about what he does.
"There is a massive risk setting something like this up because it is so new," he says.
"But I am very proud of what it is. it is as challenging as my previous job but in a completely different way.
"It is good to see satisfied customers."

It's a dilemma that goes right back to our cave men days: what's a man to do with his facial fur?
Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to employ stubble to your advantage - if you know the best way to treat it. Here Matthew Norris, owner of male grooming salon Menace (menacegrooming.co.uk) gives us some cutting-edge advice of facial topiary.

Emphasise the fine line between sexy and homeless: "shape your stubble so it has a clear beginning and end: run the blade along the top and bottom of where the growth is consistant. This means you instantly look tidy rather than lazy."

Wash it: " use a facial cleanser to wash your stubble everyday. If you have a long beard, use a mild shampoo and conditioner. Afterwards, use a wide toothed comb to remove tangles."

Get the right products: "You should be using an oil or gel and a magnifying mirror so that you can see exactly what you're doing." Dermalogica's Professional Shave is great for all skin types.

The three rules of sideburns: "Do not grow sideburns beyond the bottom of the ear: always use an upwards motion to trim them: never let them be longer than the hair on the side of your head."

Male grooming is on the rise. Judy Cogan seeks out young entrepreur, Matthew Norris, at his male-only salon in Shenfield...

With his glowing skin, meticulously tweezed eyebrows and pedicure perfect toes, Matthew Norris is the quintessential modern male.

He's passionate about skin care, admits to having smoother legs than a women and would rather a facial over a pint of lager any day of the week.

Led by the male glitterati, (flamboyant, makeup-wearing Johnny Depp a la Pirates of the caribbean, at one extreme, Gorden Ramsey at the other), an increasing number of men are ditching their soap and flannel in a brazen display of metro-sexual amliness, unimaginable ten years ago.

Make over show, Queer eye for the straight guy, and style icons such as David beckham fuelled society's feminine streak, allowing Norris to cash in on the average man in the mirror.

Sinking his manicured finger nails into the phenomenal growth in the male grooming industry (set to grow from £685 million in 2004 to £812 million in 2009), the 26 year old entrepreneur launched MENACE, essex's first male-only grooming salon.

Two months before the salon opened its doors in June this year, the appointments book was already crammed with men willing to indulge, and it's been a roaring sucess ever since.
Based yeards from Shenfield's busy 'one' railway station, it's in the ideal location to entice bleary- eyed commuters stumbling off the direct lone from London Liverpool Street.
"Fusing the comfortable masculinity of a barber with the quality treatments of a beauty salon, I wanted to create somewhere I would go myself, which previously didnt exist around here," explains Norris, a finalist in 2007's Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards for Mid Essex.

A subtle lick of pinestripe woven into the flat cap on his head is a playful nod towards his time working for an investment bank in London, in his early twenties. "I went to laods of male-only salons to unwind whne I worked in the city, but I wanted to be the first to bring the concept to essex," he says.
Short of scrawling 'Girls keep out' on the door, Norris has recreated the private adolescent rebellion of a boy's bedroom, while injecting a little luxury.
"Beauty salons are very feminine environments can can be intimidating for men," he continues. "Men are just as image conscious and in need of relaxation but they need smewhere they feel comfortable."
Sleek black lines, varnished floors, suede couches and leather surfaces create a grown up, masculine canvas, immediatley cushioned by soft spot lighting and flickering candles.
The collision of aramatic massage oils, aftershave and a fragrant whiff of testosterone in the air, confirm this is a women-free zone.
Clients waiting in the 'lounge area' can sip beer, while playing Nintendo Wii or watching sports on a plasma screen.

Mark,29, from Chelmsford, Essex, visits MENACE every week to shrug off the stresses of his high pressure banking job in the city. "It sounds crazy, but the couple of hours I spend every week make me a lot happier, it really brings my stress level down," he says. "I've been to salons and spas in the city, but I love how it's so close to home and my girlfriend loves the fact i make an effort."

Treatments include no-nonsense tradional cut-throat shaves (£19), deep-tissue sports massage (30 minutes;£35) and maintenance manicures (£20). Herbal anti-ageing face peels (60 minutes; £290) or a detox mud wrap (60 minutes; £50) may tempt the more adventurous, but if you cant decide, treatments can be customised to suit personal tastes and needs on the day.
"It's not about vanity," insists Norris. "Guys want to look well presented and well groomed. They've gone beyond a blob of hair gel and a splash of aftershave, but the service we offer is about enhancin a man's well being."

MENACE linked up with Brentwood Theatre in an attempt to help fundraise. The fundraising was encouraged by a live treatment on Phoenix FM, a taster of what Mark Reed was willing to put himself through to help the theatre.....

Mark Reed. A man who is letting the public vote whether he has his head shaved completely bald, have his whole body waxed, or whether he runs a 10K run in a Tarzan loincloth.
Crazy? Or just an all round top bloke doing his bit for Brentwood Theatre?

The latter of course. Xanthe joined Mark at Menace, the Male Grooming Salon in Shenfield to talk about his Summer Challenges to raise funds for Brentwood Theatre. Whilst there, Katie waxed part of Marks arm - and he was very brave.....!

...and one for the boys

Not to be outdone by the women, Stephen Blease checked out a pampering salon exclusively for men.

If women can serve in the army, play football and drive lorries, then why can't men have beauty treatments?
And if women have to spend time and money on make-up, perfume and various hair products, isn't it time their menfolk made an effort?
This is the philosophy behind Matthew Norris' new business. And it was what I told myself when i plucked up the courage to visit Menace, his male grooming salon in Hutton Road, Shenfield.
Many women's beauty salons now offer special packages for men, but Matthew's venture is different in that it caters for men alone.
It offers not just haircuts and wet shaves but facials, manicures, pedicures, sports massage, teeth whitening and anti - aging face peels, among other things.
The first of these i underwent was my first ever old fashioned wet shave with a cut throat razor. Matthew begins by applying a hot towel to soften the hairs and always uses a shaving brush for the cream, to raise them slightly.
He always shaves in the direction of the hair growth. "There's more chance of ingrowing hairs if you go against the grain," he explained. "And it will age your skin more quickly."
Afterwards a cold towel is applied to close up the pores and some moisturiser is applied. but Matthew doesn't apply aftershave immediately as it can dehydrate the skin. "It should be used a male perfume," he advised.
My face felt so much smoother that it ever does when i shave myself in the morning - and ready to undergo the facial.
This began with a pre-cleanse using an oil- based cleanser, which works on the principle that oil attracts oil. A second cleansing gel was then applied to remove more impurities. After "face mapping", in which the face is divided into zones to determine the treatment needed for each one, the therapist applied a facial scrub to remove dead skin cells, followed by "extractions" to remove an impurities left.
I then had a very soothing massage. it is designed to stimulate blood flow and bring nutrients to the massaged areas - but was so relaxing that it almost put me to sleep. The last element was the application of a moisturiser and eye cream with a sun protection factor, which lightens and brightens any dark rings under the eyes.
Afterwards I felt thoroughly rejuvenated and keen to see the effects in the mirror. As soon as i did I was keen for my girlfriend to see it. Menace has only been in business for three months, but Matthew finds word-of-mouth from satisfied customers is helping to advertise it.
"The response has been phenomenal," he said. So perhaps it is only a matter of time before men become the fairer sex...
